Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment including Night Shifts .
Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and SLA/SLI management.
Hands-on experience with the implementation, architecture, and operation of an on-premises Kubernetes/OpenShift platform.
Proficient in the configuration, management, and upgrades of Kubernetes platforms.
Expertise in GitOps tools, especially ArgoCD.
Experience working with storage solutions like Ceph/NFS.
Proficiency in CI/CD development environments and tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub, etc.).
Solid understanding of network security in Kubernetes environments.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is required.
Define Kubernetes Engineer.
Works in 24/7 model to support the Kubernetes environment
Monitor and manages the Kubernetes environments with help of tools/scripts.
Working on Incidents, Changes & Problems
Assess the environment L4 Kubernetes Technical Architect
Design, build & maintain very large-scale Kubernetes environment for enterprises.
Fitment analysis of new features on the platform
Creating& managing the environment for capacity baseline & reporting
Troubleshooting of escalated Kubernetes environment issues.
Ensure stabilized environment.
Define the license requirements and propose license optimization
Defining the security standards & Data compliance requirement
Log exports & Standard Report generation as per client requirement
Troubleshooting simple issues by following SOPs.
Update teams for capacity planning from monitoring tool report
Perform proactive health check-ups.
User Access management
Monitor Platform Performance parameters.
Assist in Build, implement & maintain Kubernetes environment for enterprises
Follow escalation matrix for issue escalation L3 Kubernetes Architect
Build, implement & maintain Kubernetes environment for enterprises.
Implementing & managing the environment for the capacity baselining & reporting. Participate in day-to-day troubleshooting
Handling incidents, Changes & Problems managements as per SLA.
Implement and manage the automation scripts
Preparing a standard operating documents (SOPs)
Implement the best practices and eliminate manual work.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
