Associate Consultant

Job description:

Extensive experience with Prometheus and its ecosystem (Alertmanager, Pushgateway).
Strong proficiency in PromQL for writing efficient Prometheus queries.
Demonstrated expertise in Grafana, including dashboard creation and optimization.
Solid understanding of data visualization principles and monitoring best practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of SNMP protocols, SNMP-Exporter configuration, and network device management.
Strong experience configuring and optimizing SNMP modules for metric scraping.
Expert-level Git proficiency, including branch management, merging, and code reviews.
In-depth understanding of time-series databases and monitoring concepts.
Hands-on experience with real-time monitoring solutions (Streaming Telemetry).
Practical experience with OpenTelemetry for tracing and observability.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, scripting (Bash, Python), and automation.
Experience working with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with additional metrics collection tools (Telegraf, Collectd).

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
