Role Description


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Consultant Analytics & Reporting to support client-facing consulting engagements. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and executive-level presentations. The candidate will play a key role in client discussions, hands-on analysis, quality control, and coordination across internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Lead and contribute to key client discussions and working sessions.
  • Clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support senior team members in managing client expectations and deliverables.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Perform hands-on data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Convert analytical outputs into structured insights aligned with business objectives.

Presentation Development

  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Ensure presentations are concise, impactful, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Review and refine decks to maintain consistency, clarity, and professional standards.

Quality Control & Governance

  • Conduct thorough Quality Checks (QC) on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and manage task trackers, QC trackers, and project documentation .
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Project & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Support workload planning, task allocation, and follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify risks or issues and support timely resolution to ensure flawless execution.


Required Skills & Experience


Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint , including executive-level deck creation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.


Professional & Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.


Experience & Education

  • 24 years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
