KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Market Intelligence
- Build and lead structured market and leadership mapping to generate actionable insights for live mandates.
- Apply analytical rigor to evaluate talent pools, competitive dynamics, and overall mandate viability.
- Develop insight-driven perspectives that strengthen search positioning.
Search Strategy & Execution
- Partner with senior consultants to design and execute bespoke search strategies.
- Develop and refine longlists aligned to client objectives and investment context.
- Contribute to mandate direction through critical thinking and data-backed judgment.
Candidate Assessment & Stakeholder Management
- Drive outreach, engagement, and coordination with senior candidates.
- Assess senior professionals across investment, strategy, and operating roles.
- Translate complex career trajectories into clear, structured, client-ready candidate briefs.
- Support client reporting and maintain high-quality documentation standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 0-2 years of experience in client-facing, research, consulting, marketing, or strategy roles.
- Final-year students and recent graduates with strong academic exposure are considered.
- Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication, research, and structured problem-solving.
- Strong ability to synthesise information into clear, compelling narratives with a high-ownership, intellectually curious mindset.
- Curious, driven, and collaborative professionals eager to learn.
- Good to have people interested in the PE/VC, strategy, and leadership hiring space
