Job Overview:
As an Oracle Analyst, you will work closely with industry experts to implement, optimize, and support Oracle ERP Finance solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial technology, enterprise systems, and process automation, helping organizations enhance their finance operations and decision-making capabilities.

Assist in financial analytics, reporting, and data insights using Oracle ERP solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
•
MBA HR Graduates in 2024
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•
Consistent academic record of minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (Maharashtra based candidates academic record of a minimum of 55% or equivalent is needed.)
•
Maximum 2-year gap in education, with no standing arrears or active backlogs at the time of joining.
•
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Access is an advantage.
•
Understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, or business operations is a plus.
•
Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven financial solutions.
