Job Overview:
As an Oracle Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and functional knowledge of enterprise solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Oracle ERP systems.
• Contribute to system integrations, data migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging Oracle technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications
•   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2024 Batch preferred
•   Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 55% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
•   Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
•   Basic knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
•   Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST), WSDL, XML, Python and XSLT is a plus.
•   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•   Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
•   Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
