Job Summary

Oracle BRM Billing and Revenue Management 24x7 Support Engineerkey responsibilities

1 RoundtheClock Monitoring Continuously monitor the BRM system to detect and address issues promptly ensuring minimal downtime

3 System Maintenance Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching upgrades and performance tuning to keep the system running smoothly

4 Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Diagnose and resolve technical issues working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed

5 Data Integrity and Security Ensure the integrity and security of customer data implementing necessary measures to protect against data breaches and loss

6 Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of incidents resolutions system configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity

7 User Support and Training Provide support and training to endusers helping them navigate and utilize the BRM system effectively

8 Performance Monitoring and Optimization Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability

9 Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents

10 Collaboration Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to implement new features enhancements and integrations
