Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Coupa along with domain experience in Sourcing. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing our procurement processes and enhancing our sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain procurement solutions using Coupa to streamline supply chain processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for procurement and sourcing projects.Implement best practices in P2P processes to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Coupa-related issues to ensure smooth system functionality.Design and develop custom integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems to enhance data flow and accuracy.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in procurement technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.Train and mentor junior developers to build a strong and knowledgeable team.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement and sourcing activities.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of procurement solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Demonstrate strong experience in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Coupa.Exhibit domain expertise in Sourcing and procurement processes.Showcase proficiency in developing and integrating procurement solutions.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
