Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Administrator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP on Azure SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP systems on Azure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support for SAP Technical Upgrades ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.Manage SAP S/4HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.Administer SAP BTP environments ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.Handle SAP HANA Administration responsibilities including backup and recovery system replication and performance optimization.Perform NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin duties ensuring the stability and security of the SAP landscape.Execute SAP Basis Administration tasks such as user management system configuration and transport management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly.Implement best practices for SAP system administration to enhance system performance and reliability.Conduct regular system health checks and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations procedures and policies.Provide training and support to junior administrators and end-users to ensure effective system usage.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve system administration practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SAP on Azure demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize cloud-based SAP environments.Have a proven track record in SAP Technical Upgrade projects showcasing expertise in planning and execution.Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration with a focus on system performance and troubleshooting.Exhibit solid knowledge of SAP BTP Administration ensuring efficient integration and operation.Show expertise in SAP HANA Administration including backup and recovery system replication and performance tuning.Have hands-on experience with NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring the stability and security of SAP systems.Possess strong skills in SAP Basis Administration including user management system configuration and transport management.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a hybrid work model.Possess a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks in SAP systems.
