Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LAYER7 API GatewayPolicyPlugin LAYER7 API Developer Portal LAYER7 API Management SaaS LAYER7 API Monitoring LAYER7 Mobile API Gateway LAYER7 API GATEWAY and LAYER7 API MANAGEMENT. Experience in the contact center domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain API solutions using LAYER7 API GatewayPolicyPlugin ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Implement and manage API policies and plugins to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize LAYER7 API Developer Portal to create publish and manage APIs effectively.
  • Oversee the deployment and monitoring of APIs using LAYER7 API Management SaaS.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of APIs through LAYER7 API Monitoring.
  • Integrate and manage mobile APIs using LAYER7 Mobile API Gateway.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API-related issues.
  • Optimize API performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Document API configurations policies and procedures for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in API management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of API development processes.
  • Support the contact center domain by integrating relevant APIs when necessary.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in LAYER7 API GatewayPolicyPlugin LAYER7 API Developer Portal LAYER7 API Management SaaS LAYER7 API Monitoring LAYER7 Mobile API Gateway LAYER7 API GATEWAY and LAYER7 API MANAGEMENT.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and managing APIs in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Show proficiency in optimizing API performance and ensuring security.
  • Have experience in the contact center domain (nice to have).
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
