Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate to support day-to-day campaign coordination, client communication, and execution tasks. This is an entry-level/junior role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, organized, and passionate about client success.

What youll do

Act as the primary point of contact for clients for day-to-day queries.

Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.

Support end-to-end execution of campaigns/activities once trained.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Creative, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

Track daily tasks, follow-ups, and ensure work is completed as per defined timelines.

Maintain trackers and workflow documentation.

Prepare basic reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and client use.

Escalate and follow up on client issues until resolved.

Ensure seamless client experience through proactive problem-solving.

Must-haves

13 years of experience in client servicing, operations, account coordination, or similar roles.

Strong English communication and coordination skills.

Basic Excel knowledge (filters, basic formulas).

PowerPoint proficiency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Education

Bachelors Degree in any stream.
