Role Overview:
The Associate - Client Experience is Enouts on-ground energy leader responsible for managing the end-to-end attendee experience and atmosphere from start to finish at every offsite keeping the atmosphere electric, guiding engagement, and making every moment memorable.. Acting as both a facilitator and crowd energizer, youll collaborate closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure every moment from arrival to finale feels seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable.
This role blends event facilitation, emceeing, and team-building delivery. Youll be the pulse of the experience: guiding participants, lifting energy levels, and ensuring the emotional rhythm of the offsite stays alive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the complete end-to-end attendee journey, ensuring smooth flow, engagement, and momentum throughout the offsite.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success Manager to translate client goals into impactful on-ground experiences.
- Actively engage attendees, sustaining high energy through interactions, icebreakers, and spontaneous energizers.
- Facilitate team-building activities that promote collaboration, trust, clarity, and a positive environment.
- Host and emcee sessions with confidence, charisma, and emotional intelligence to keep audiences engaged.
- Adapt swiftly to on-site challenges, maintaining seamless execution and positive energy at all times.
- Capture post-event feedback and insights to support reflection and improve future experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in live event hosting, experiential marketing, hospitality, corporate facilitation, or public events.
- Strong stage presence with exceptional storytelling and interpersonal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to read, engage, and influence crowd energy.
- Excellent planning, time management, and on-ground execution capabilities.
- Creative mindset for designing energizers and spontaneous engagement formats.
- Flexible to travel frequently and work extended hours during offsites.
- Physically fit with high stamina for long, high-energy event days.
- Comfortable handling basic AV setups, microphones, and event tools.
- Extracurricular experience in performance, sports, or public speaking is a strong advantage
