Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Business Manager at our Bengaluru office. The Associate Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving growth initiatives, and strengthening client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. You will also contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications

Business development and client management skills to forge and nurture professional relationships
Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities to drive growth initiatives
Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective internal and external collaboration
Experience in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant business and productivity software, such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
Prior experience in the travel or related industry is an advantage
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
