Job Description

Job Title: Associate Business Manager (ABM)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: B2B Sales (Relevant experience required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to sales and marketing operations to drive business growth
Handle and support the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of strategies
Demonstrate strong B2B sales experience, including client acquisition and deal closure
Manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with existing and new customers
Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients
Conduct field sales activities, including regular client meetings and field visits
Support lead generation through market research, networking, and field activities
Collaborate closely with consultancy and internal teams to align client requirements
Accompany sales executives for secondary meetings to assist in closing deals
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Drive target achievement by monitoring performance and optimizing sales efforts
Possess strong negotiation and closing skills
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Maintain excellent communication skills with a strong command of English and the local (mother tongue) language
Continuously analyze market trends and competition to support strategic decision-making
