Associate Brand Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy for Ather Energy's technology ecosystem - AtherStack - as well as Ather’s post-ownership and service verticals.

Key responsibilities:

Managing brand Atherstack

• Building awareness for Ather’s technology platform, and establishing Ather as a technology leader in the automobile, software and hardware space.

• Leveraging Ather Stack to drive consideration for scooter products

• Product roadmap: Liasoning with the product & research teams to develop consumer-relevant product-and-feature roadmap for Atherstack

• Go-to-market plans: Conceptualize and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing campaigns for new software features, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and connected experiences.

• Own business KPIs for Atherstack; App downloads, experience adoptions/usage, daily/monthly-active-users, net promoter scores (NPS) or subscription conversions.

• Develop Marketing Content: Oversee the development of marketing content, including brand campaigns, tutorials, testimonials, and other assets that showcase Ather’s technology capabilities.

Handle marketing for post-ownership initiatives 

• Lead marketing efforts around Ather's after-sales service, support, and ownership experience like service plans, service subscriptions and other allied revenue sources.

• Create marketing content and GTM strategies for new service & ownership experiences.

• Leverage Ather App to create engaging campaigns for owners to pitch Ather’s different ownership products 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Knack of picking consumer insights through data, interactions and observations

• Advanced stakeholder management skills

• Strong brief-writing skills

• Good program-management skills

• Hands-on experience in handling direct marketing campaigns 

• Agency-handling and partner-relationship management

What you bring to Ather:

• An MBA degree in marketing (or related stream) from tier 1/2 institutes 

• Experience of 3 - 5 years in brand management / Marketing

• Preferred D2C software/app marketing experience
