Job description:

1. Drafting, vetting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and transactional agreements and documents.
2. Legal research and opinion
3. Handling general administrative work
4. Loan and security documentation
5. Documentation for issuance of non-convertible debentures

Qualifications:

1.Candidates should be having a LL.B degree from a reputed institution (and enrolled with the Bar) with 1-4 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiations, writing legal opinions and legal research for banking & finance, equity and debt transactional documentation, general corporate and commercial matters. 2. Knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulations
