1. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated CA / CFA to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of finance and law, while maintaining a steep learning curve, to assist clients with regulatory compliance, drafting contracts, policies etc.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements of the Company and its clients
• Collaborate with internal team and clients team to ensure that regulatory considerations are integrated into financial strategies and decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation related to legal and compliance issues.
• Conduct research and analysis on regulatory issues affecting clients' businesses.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the Company and its clients.
• Assist in implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance
• Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers
• Drafting of regulatory filings / applications

3.1. Education: CA / CFA

3.2. Experience: Prior experience in working for / working with financial services entities for 2+ years
