Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Audit & Taxation, located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include conducting audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with tax-related activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves performing financial analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with team members to provide solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess financial performance, and identify discrepancies
Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients
Knowledge of Finance and expertise in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements
Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in Auditing principles and practices
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with taxation norms and compliance requirements is a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA qualification is an advantage
