We are looking for anAssociatewho will contribute to the growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse Credit Reports of Individuals and Non-Individuals to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for credit improvement.
• Work directly with the Founder and the Co-Founder on strategic projects, research initiatives and high-priority assignments.
• Conduct in-depth research on the credit information industry, analysing trends, products and emerging opportunities.
• Support the development of new services, products and strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Develop and support the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products and services.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command over written and spoken English and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
• High ownership and accountability, with the ability to take initiatives from ideation through execution and delivery.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify tasks, solve problems and take action without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Experience:Fresher or 6 months 1 year of experience in a relevant field

Expected CTC (Full-time):Rs 3 3.5 LPA
