Associate Associate Manager Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis and support their financial strategies.
• Assist in the financial planning process, working closely with business units to ensure budgets and forecasts are accurate and in line with corporate objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare basic reports highlighting key financial metrics.
• Keep track of financial performance metrics for assigned business units, comparing actual results to budgets and providing early-stage recommendations.
• Assist in evaluating operational costs, aiming to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
• Maintain open lines of communication with business unit leaders, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in financial strategies across the organization.
• Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and learning to enhance financial skills and knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
