Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of valves as per the travel card and SOP
- Assembly of cyclones as per the travel card and SOP
- Valve and Cyclone Hydro Testing
- Pre-Delivery Inspection and Offer to Quality
- Preparation of the required tools and fixtures for assembly
- Update the check sheets and parameters of CTQ
- Meet the daily production plan
- Achieve 100 % of FPYR in the assembly process
- Adhere to the Lean and 6’S standards
- Any specific target set by respective supervisor / manager
- Involve in the kaizens and process improvements

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: (
ITI Fitter
Minimum 2 years of experience in any manufacturing industry preparable heavy engineering industry
