Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of valves as per the travel card and SOP
• Assembly of cyclones as per the travel card and SOP
• Valve and Cyclone Hydro Testing
• Pre-Delivery Inspection and Offer to Quality
• Preparation of the required tools and fixtures for assembly
• Update the check sheets and parameters of CTQ
• Meet the daily production plan
• Achieve 100 % of FPYR in the assembly process
• Adhere to the Lean and 6’S standards
• Any specific target set by respective supervisor / manager
• Involve in the kaizens and process improvements

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: (

ITI Fitter

Minimum 2 years of experience in any manufacturing industry preparable heavy engineering industry
