We're looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Assumptions Intake Specialist to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for customer loan assumption requests, responsible for the critical initial review of all submitted documentation. Your work ensures that every file is complete and ready for the next step, setting the foundation for a smooth underwriting process.

What You'll Do:

• Meticulously review and validate all incoming customer requests and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Run eligibility checks using our Automated Underwriting System (AUS) to determine if a loan meets our criteria.

• Collaborate with other departments to address any missing information or documentation issues.

• Prepare and hand off well-organized loan files to the pre-underwriting team.

• Uphold our high standards of quality by ensuring every file is processed with precision and care.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with financial systems, especially AUS.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.
