Clients: Watches & Lifestyle Retail, Jewellery & Luxury Retail, Finance / Rural & Micro-Banking Services, Beauty & Personal Care (Skincare), Technology / Semiconductors & Computing

Reporting to: Creative Director and working closely with the Group ECD

The candidate should be smart, AI-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing briefs independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated creative campaigns across multiple brands and platforms .
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers .
• Translate briefs into sharp insights and breakthrough ideas
• Present creative to clients with confidence and conviction
• Collaborate across strategy, media, tech, and production to drive seamless execution
• Push innovation using GenAI tools to elevate both speed and quality of output
• Award winning work, proactive

Skills:

• 7-9 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Adobe, Firefly, GPT and such other to ideate and execute faster & smarter .
• A solid portfolio showcasing digital-first design and social-first thinking
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc .
• A curious mind and collaborative spirityou thrive in brainstorms and bring ideas to the table
• Ability to work under tight timelines while staying detail-obsessed and creatively bold.
