Location: Noida, Sector 132

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday Off)

Reporting To: MD / COO / Head Projects

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Role Summary:

The Associate Architect will support project execution by assisting in design development, project coordination, and technical documentation. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress through site visits.

This position acts as a bridge between design and execution, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to architectural standards, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

• Assist in conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare architectural layouts and drawings using CAD and other design tools.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Support project teams in maintaining smooth communication and workflow.

Technical Tasks

• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and design details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and architectural standards.

Site Supervision

• Conduct site analysis and field inspections.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved designs.

Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Research & Innovation

• Research new technologies, materials, and architectural practices.
• Support the integration of innovative solutions into project processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from reputed institutions such as SPA, NIT, DAV, Ansal, or equivalent.
• 13 years of experience in architectural firms working on cafes, cinemas, malls, or retail outlets.

Key Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with operational tools such as Zoho.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
