Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in Microservices Spring Boot and Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing robust software solutions. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable microservices architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Spring Boot applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of applications by implementing best practices.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software solutions that impact society positively.
