Principal Accountability:
- The incumbent will be working for our both brands insiders & eazyhire
- Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment & research mandate along with Business Head and 1 point of contact for the client
- 100% timeline and commitment driven execution
- Direct handling of clients- usually the interactions are with Founders, Co-founders, MD, CEO, HR Head, Recruitment Head and very-very limited at managerial or mid-level
- In-depth Research driven approach to Recruitment i.e. approaching each role with business understanding rather than just limiting to keywords CV search on Job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Assessing each candidate carefully with right questionnaire, interest level validation to meet 90%+ CV shortlist & mapping criteria (mandatory)
- Complete ownership of the assigned mandates
Candidate Profile:
- Min. 02+ years in Recruitment, Business consulting or Research in BFSI sector
- MBA/Graduate/Masters from renowned (Tier I) Institute/Univ.
- Only self-driven & entrepreneurial mindset will fit IN to FIT in High Quality work deliverables- a typical employee mindset is a big NO
- Major relationships target/buildup with potential clients
- Exposure of working in varied sectors & APAC market roles will be a major add-on
- Relationship oriented to build a WOW even on a mail with clients
- Strong Communication (verbal/written) skills
- Strong blend of analytical thinking and operational execution.
- Excellent eye for details (a Great OBSERVER)
