Role Description

We are seeking anAssociate Advocate (PQE 3+ years)for a full-time, on-site role based inNew Delhi, with a focused exposure toIBC and commercial litigation/advisory.

The role will involve:

• Handling matters beforeNCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other relevant forums
• Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, and transaction documents
• Assisting inCIRP proceedings, resolution plans, and insolvency strategy
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefs, case notes, and opinions
• Appearing in court/tribunals and assisting in hearings
• Advising clients on commercial disputes, contracts, and regulatory issues
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders
• Actively contributing to case strategy and execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum3 years PQE, preferably inIBC, insolvency litigation, or commercial disputes
• Strong drafting skills, particularly inIBC pleadings and commercial documentation
• Working knowledge of theInsolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, and allied laws
• Experience appearing beforeNCLT/NCLAT/High Courtspreferred
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication, articulation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• LL.B. degree and enrollment with a Bar Council
• Prior experience in a litigation-focused law firm or insolvency practice will be preferred.
