Job Description
G.K. Jagiasi & Co. is a boutique real estate law firm currently based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and scheduled to relocate to Thane from January 2026 . The firm focuses on real estate, co-operative, succession laws, and allied laws, with a strong emphasis on documentation, due diligence, and advisory work.
The position mainly involves non-litigation responsibilities, while also handling some litigation assignments as part of the work. The firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.
The candidate should:
Have 5-7 years of experience with a Law Firm or a Developer.
Have experience in Real Estate Laws, Co-operative Laws, and Succession Laws.
Possess strong drafting and legal research skills.
Have solid knowledge of real estate documentation and due diligence.
Be well-versed in English and Marathi.
Have working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good typing speed.
Be able to deliver work within stipulated deadlines.
Have strong communication skills.
