• Assist in processing, posting, and reconciling AR and AP invoices.

• Reconcile commission data with trip invoices and financial reports.

• Prepare basic financial summaries and reports using Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction-level data.

• Communicate professionally with suppliers or agents regarding discrepancies.
• Respond to finance-related queries and support tickets.

• Follow established accounting procedures and internal financial controls.
