Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI tools and solutions, with the ability to take and manage AI-related briefs effectively.
  • Leverage prior experience in handling AI-driven projects or campaigns to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience handling AI-related briefs and AI-driven projects is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
