Job Title: Associate Account Management


Key Responsibilities:

The Job with us would primarily involve enhancing customers' portfolio performance by ensuring continuous improvement and maximizing results daily.

  • Handle day-to-day communication with publishers via email and calls.
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned publisher/client accounts.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain publisher accounts on internal platforms.
  • Perform operational tasks related to account onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor account performance and share regular insights and updates with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Support optimization initiatives based on data interpretation and logical reasoning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of queries.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Prior experience in digital media, technology, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with regular client/publisher calls and professional email communication.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and draw actionable insights.
  • Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
