Role OverviewAs an Associate Account & Business Development Representative, you will support the growth of ServdYou by helping us connect with companies looking to hire talent. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and help onboard companies onto our platform.
This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals interested in building a career in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Startup Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, HR teams) through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Conduct introductory product walkthroughs or demos.
- Assist in onboarding companies onto the ServdYou platform.
- Help maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Track communication and follow-ups through CRM tools.
- Research companies that are actively hiring.
- Build and maintain prospect lists.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members.
- Support proposal preparation and client communication.
- Assist with tracking sales pipeline and reporting.
- Fresh graduate / Post-Graguate in Business Administration or up to 6 months of work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional presentation
- Strong interest in sales, startups, or business development
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and video calls
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools
- Interest in HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience in startup sales and business development
- Exposure to B2B SaaS sales
