Job Description
Is a Subject Matter Expert for Adobe platforms, who serves as an integral part of the Marketing Technology team. This individual is expected to leverage a deep understanding of Adobe suite to provide solutions for challenges encountered by the team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a deep understanding of the challenges that the enterprise teams face.
- Define and advocate for a product roadmap.
- Inform day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design and Program Management team to see new features through from concept to delivery, to production.
- Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct system audit and cleanup efforts for improving overall system operation.
- Perform consultant role for Adobe product-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe ecosystem, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements to Adobe products and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.
- Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to realize this vision by working hand-in-hand with teams.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Work with early adopters and power users to find opportunities for quick iterations and continuous improvements.
- Demonstrate customer empathy every day.
- University (Degree) Preferred
