Job Description
Responsibilities
· Spare Part set up in Oracle.
· Item attributes update and cost submission
· Ensure Item is transactable in all the globally.
· Track Oracle shipments made to the warehouses.
· Workflow maintenance
· Monitoring of asset creation request via a queue in ERP.
· Data extraction in excel
· Hands-on knowledge on ERP (SAP, SFDC & Oracle) is a plus.
· Implement lean.
· Train the new hire for the Processing.
· Update SOP of the Process on Quarterly Basis.
· Dashboard data update.
· Should be able to work on MS office tools.
· Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes.
· Ready to take extra initiatives within team.
· Should be able to adapt the changes.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies.
· Respond to customer query through email, calls.
· Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
· Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
· Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
· Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend when required)
Qualification we seek in you:
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in using MS Office.
· Advanced excel would be preferred.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
