Sr. Specialist - Wealth Management - IN
A Sr. Specialist in Wealth Management Operations supervises and coordinates a team responsible for transaction processing and operational tasks. They ensure compliance, streamline workflows, and provide training and support to enhance team performance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Team management & Performance monitoring: Lead and manage a team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TAT) are consistently met.
  • Quality assurance & Issue resolution: Oversee quality checks for the teams’ output, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. Perform root cause analysis for any errors or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to minimize issues and improve overall performance.
  • Stakeholder engagement & Process Improvement: Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and SMEs to identify processing gaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and support any change management initiatives.
Educational Requirements
  • No Advanced Degree Required Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
