Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead-BS with 4 to 5 years of experience in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Statistical Programming and preferably experience in Biostatistics. This role involves leading a team to ensure the successful execution of statistical programming tasks contributing to impactful projects that benefit society.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of statistical programmers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.Oversee the development and validation of SAS programs for data analysis and reporting.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all statistical programming activities.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for statistical programming tasks.Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistical outputs.Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing within the team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of statistical programming processes and methodologies.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.Participate in the review and approval of statistical analysis plans and reports.Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance statistical programming capabilities.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.Demonstrate expertise in Statistical Programming with a minimum of 4 years of experience.Have experience in Biostatistics which is considered a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in developing and validating SAS programs.Display strong leadership and team management abilities.Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
