Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead-BS with 4 to 5 years of experience in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Statistical Programming and Biostatistics. This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality statistical programming solutions and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of statistical programmers to deliver high-quality solutions.Oversee the development and implementation of statistical programming projects.Provide technical guidance and support to team members in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes.Collaborate with biostatisticians to develop and validate statistical models.Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Conduct quality checks and reviews of programming code and outputs.Develop and maintain documentation for programming processes and procedures.Train and mentor junior team members in statistical programming techniques.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
