Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead-BS with 4 to 5 years of experience in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Statistical Programming and Biostatistics and will be responsible for leading a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of statistical programmers to ensure project milestones are met on time.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of statistical analysis plans.
  • Provide guidance on the use of SAS/STAT and SAS Data Management tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous data management practices.
  • Collaborate with biostatisticians to develop and validate statistical models.
  • Conduct quality control checks on programming outputs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all programming activities.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure project alignment.
  • Mentor junior programmers and provide training on best practices in statistical programming.
  • Participate in the design and analysis of clinical trials and other research studies.
  • Implement innovative statistical methodologies to enhance data analysis processes.
  • Ensure that all programming activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of programming workflows and tools.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Statistical Programming and Biostatistics.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing statistical analysis plans.
  • Exhibit strong data management skills to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Have experience in conducting quality control checks on programming outputs.
  • Be capable of mentoring junior programmers and providing training on best practices.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between team members and other departments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for programming activities.

    Certified SAS Base Programmer SAS Advanced Programmer Certification
