Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Pure Storage flash storage Cisco SAN Switch Admin and Brocade SAN Switch Admin. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our storage infrastructure. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and optimization of Pure Storage flash storage systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the administration of Cisco SAN Switches ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
  • Provide expert support for Brocade SAN Switches maintaining optimal network performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor storage infrastructure to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for storage systems and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data storage backup and recovery.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for storage systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for storage infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new storage technologies.
  • Work closely with vendors to manage hardware and software support contracts.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Pure Storage flash storage administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Cisco SAN Switch administration.
  • Have solid experience with Brocade SAN Switch administration.
  • Exhibit knowledge in updating customer master data and maintaining open invoices is a plus.
  • Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Have a strong understanding of data storage best practices.

  • Be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
