Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in New Relic Python AppDynamics Java and LoadRunner along with domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves analyzing and optimizing system performance to ensure seamless operations and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
Analyze system performance using tools such as New Relic and AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using LoadRunner to simulate various user loads and scenarios.Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in real-time to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques for Java-based applications to enhance system efficiency.Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks related to performance testing and monitoring.Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.Ensure that performance testing aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.Participate in performance review meetings and provide insights on system behavior under different load conditions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.Contribute to the development of performance testing strategies and frameworks to support ongoing and future projects.Document performance testing procedures results and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
