Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES and a strong understanding of Order Management (Tech). This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing execution systems.
Responsibilities
Defining and developing the Business process for the Label/Traveler and training relevant teams on the process and procedures.Develop key indicators and update Stakeholders on the progress and status.Gather Business Requirements and work with relevant teams to enable the required information and data needed for the Labels and Travelers.Designing and sustaining printed Travelers and Labels.Working with IT Engineering and Manufacturing teams in Testing and deploying the changes to production.Conduct thorough testing of Critical Manufacturing MES to ensure system functionality and performance.Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.Identify document and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.Collaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing processes.Provide detailed test reports and documentation to support project deliverables.Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure accurate project timelines.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.5+ years of relevant experience requiredExperience in using BarTender Software and FeaturesExperience in Label design and ProcessesExperience with Zebra Printer Label formats and softwareExperience with CMF (Critical Manufacturing) MES SystemExperience with various frameworks and processes such as AgileKnowledge with Jira Azure ADO Confluence or related systemsData Analysis and Validation skillsExperience with working with diverse teams and ability to work in fast-paced environmentStrong drive and able to work independently in managing projects and Deliverables
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
