Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Middleware Development Firmware Development Android and C++. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our software solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain middleware and firmware components to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Android applications that meet user requirements.Utilize C++ to develop high-performance software solutions that are reliable and efficient.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the developed software.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for middleware and firmware issues.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.Document software designs development processes and technical specifications for future reference.Optimize software performance and ensure scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.Ensure compliance with coding standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Middleware Development and Firmware Development.Demonstrate proficiency in Android development and C++ programming.Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Have experience with version control systems such as Git.Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Show a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Show a passion for technology and a drive to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
