Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Participate in requirements discussion with business to provide inputs on feasibility of implementation based on application architecture.
- Responsible for providing clarification to business on any application related queries.
- Responsible for business requirements elucidation to the team and translating them to technical specs.
Technology Review:
- Participate in Operational Architecture review (Quality gating) process and provide inputs on the impact of a change in the application and to propose alternate solution if applicable.
- Ensure security, regulatory and compliance requirements are met during application enhancements.
Testing:
- Preparation of test plans for complex changes and guiding the team on system integration testing.
- Provide an additional level of testing to support the project.
Project Support:
- Troubleshoot the escalated incident / problem tickets.
- Responsible for estimation of work requests and also in validating the estimate done by the team.
- Contribute towards proactive problem management and Application Strengthening process.
- Coordinate with external groups for high severity incidents.
- Guide the team in eliminating recurring incidents and automate the manual processes.
- Participate in release acceptance process to certify application in Production after the release.
- Participate in release planning meetings and provide inputs on demand prioritization.
- Support UAT through clarification of any application related queries.
People Management:
- Provide inputs for development of learning plan for the team.
- Act as a buddy for new hires.
- Manage and mentor the delivery teams.
Business Development:
- Participate in business contingency plan and support mock drills from applications perspective.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
Knowledge Management:
- Provide inputs to FAQ database / KR / contribute towards updating knowledge articles.
- Responsible to develop resource onboarding documents (boot camp / induction manuals) in consultation with relevant stakeholders for the project and ensure successful completion of induction process for new joiners.
- Provide inputs to the Functional SME on unique functionalities of the application to build functional knowledge at the SBU level.
- Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.

- Perform audits / reviews to ensure quality of deliverables and quality compliance.
