Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory Azure Azure AD and Active Directory Admin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Lending. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and societal contribution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and management of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of Azure and Azure AD solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in Active Directory Administration to ensure system reliability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Consumer Lending applications and services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Active Directory and Azure environments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for Active Directory and Azure management.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Active Directory and Azure technologies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Active Directory Azure and Consumer Lending technologies.
