Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in the Hotels industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our technological advancements and ensure seamless network operations. The shift is day and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) solutions to enhance network performance.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Switching & Routing Cisco to ensure optimal network connectivity.
  • Provide expertise in Software Defined Networks to streamline network operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions within the Hotels industry.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of network infrastructure by implementing best practices.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on network technologies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and incorporate them into the companys infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored network solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all network-related activities.
  • Contribute to the companys overall technological strategy by providing insights and recommendations.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Switching & Routing Cisco with a proven track record.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Software Defined Networks and their applications.
  • Experience in the Hotels industry is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of network security and reliability.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
