Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TOSCA and PEGA with a preference for those who also have experience in Analytics. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing of products using TOSCA and PEGA to ensure quality and performance.Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.Identify document and track defects and issues found during testing.Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on test results.Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and meet the companys quality standards.Maintain and update test documentation and reports.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.Utilize analytics skills to interpret test data and provide insights.Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in TOSCA and PEGA.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product testing.Demonstrate excellent analytical skills preferably with experience in Analytics.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Have effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Display a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in testing.Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Show a willingness to continuously learn and improve testing skills.Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in testing.Demonstrate the ability to provide valuable feedback and recommendations for product improvements.Be dedicated to contributing to the companys success by ensuring reliable and high-quality products.
