Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Jenkins DevOps Ansible and GitLab. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for continuous integration and delivery. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of DevOps tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of the development lifecycle.
  • Provide expertise in Ansible for automation of application deployment and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate GitLab for version control and continuous integration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the CI/CD pipeline and related processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps practices and tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Document processes configurations and best practices for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and management.
  • Have hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices to streamline development processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Show proficiency in GitLab for version control and continuous integration.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking Operations is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a CI/CD environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
