Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Content Writer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DITA Arbortext Adobe Framemaker KnowledgeBase Article Creation Content Strategy MS Office and Technical Writing. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can create high-quality content that aligns with our companys goals and enhances our impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with the companys objectives and enhance our impact on society.
  • Create edit and manage high-quality technical documentation using DITA Arbortext and Adobe Framemaker.
  • Produce KnowledgeBase articles that provide clear and concise information to users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to format and present content in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the companys branding and style guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Review and update existing documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior writers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their content needs and deliver solutions.
