Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and performance of our products through rigorous testing. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud to ensure product quality.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies ensuring they are resolved before product release.
  • Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand product functionalities and testing requirements.
  • Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality and testability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and cloud technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation including test plans test cases and user manuals.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to gather and analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement in product performance.
  • Support the IT consulting team by providing insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes.

  • Possess a strong background in Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a good understanding of IT consulting and analytics domains.
