Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in PEGA frameworks and platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Application Development Data and Integration User Experience and Case Management. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Pega applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.Oversee the design and implementation of Pega solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Provide technical expertise in Pega frameworks platform and application development to support project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with existing systems and data sources.Ensure the user experience is optimized by designing intuitive and user-friendly Pega interfaces.Manage Pega case management processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality Pega application development.Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Monitor and maintain Pega applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Pega solutions.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Pega solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
